With all the snow days this week our schedule got a little jumbled up!
In reading/writing this week we started learning and practicing reading l blends (bl (blue), sl (slip), fl (flap), etc.). We will continue learning and practicing next week, too!
In math we started learning subtraction. We only were able to squeeze in 1.5 lessons this week so we will continue that for the next few weeks!
We did gear up for St. Patrick's Day AND we had a little friend (Larry the Leprechaun) come to our class last night and left some treats! The kids were SO excited! Ask them about the pudding experiment Larry left!
In the spirit of St. Patty's Day we learned about rainbows, too. Ask your child how rainbows are made!
Here are some pictures of some fun we had this week!
We ended today/this week with a DANCE PARTY!
Have a great weekend!
*****This Newsletter Blog will be updated at the end of each week! I will post pictures, bulleted points, and an explanation of exciting events from throughout the school week. The only pictures posted will be of the students whose parents indicate on the Media Disclosure Form that it is okay to publish their pictures online.
